A rongoā Māori session supporting tinana, hinengaro, and wairua.

Sessions may include a range of practices such as kōmiri, purea, mirimiri ā tinana, mahi ā wairua, mahi ā hinengaro, karakia, or romi ā Rehua.

These are not selected in advance. Each session begins with a brief consultation and is guided by what is present and what is required.
